We are looking for a Service Manager-Property Engineering

As a Service Manager-Property Engineering, we rely on you to

• Responsible for office buildings, shopping malls and hotel engineering related work plan and management;
• Maintenance and management of facilities and equipment in office buildings and shopping malls;
• Office buildings, shopping malls and hotels internal engineering affairs management, engineering team management;
• This project is a hotel office complex, which is responsible for PM maintenance of hotel rooms and outdoor landscaping maintenance;
• Other work arranged by leaders.

We are looking for someone who:

• More than three years of engineering management experience;
• Familiar with office buildings, shopping malls, hotels and other forms of project management workflow, decoration control, familiar with national and local property management laws and regulations;
• Strong communication skills, analytical skills, overall management ability, time management ability, with a high degree of enthusiasm and professionalism.
