Title: Delivery Driver CDL-Warehouse Associate 1 (DMHCDL1)

Classification: Full-Time/Part-Time, Regular/Temp, Non-Exempt Exclusively

Normal Hours: Commonly an 8-hour shift scheduled between 7 AM and 6 PM, Monday-Friday with

occasional weekends

General Description (major areas of responsibility of this position):

A person in this position is responsible to safely drive a class A, B, or C vehicle (requiring a valid DOT CDL with

medical card, and hazmat endorsement), to regularly perform deliveries to support customer purchases and

improved relationship (which may include managing and replenishing consignments), recovering used batteries,

performing customer installations, and performing warehouse tasks associated with shipping, receiving, labeling,

loading, inventory control, reconditioning used batteries, and battery maintenance, assists in training others, and

records the successful processes and procedures required to carry out all functions. Experience with safe driving

practices and material handling equipment and processes is significant. Excellence is demonstrated consistently

and process improvements are contributed.

Minimum Qualifications:

Formal Training (courses, degrees, and credentials required):

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; 3.0 or higher GPA preferred
  • MVR with little to no safety concerns within the past 3 years

Experience (type and amount of experience required):

  • Meeting the below KSAVs and
  • Minimum 1 year working as a CDL Driver
