Job Description:

The Role: 

• Entegris is seeking a motivated individual to join our ANOW Plant in Hangzhou. The core purpose is to improve product quality and process flow. 

In this role you will: 

• Organize quality assurance management of the whole process of production (such as SPC, FMEA, CP, etc.). Audit relevant departments to organize production accordant to system requirements to ensure raw materials, intermediate products and finished products meet relevant requirements. 负责组织产品生产全过程的质量保证管理工作（如SPC、FMEA、CP…），审核相关部门按照体系要求组织生产，确保原辅料、中间产品、成品符合要求。 
• Timely coordinate resolving process deviations, product quality problems and customer complaints, guide investigating reasons and evaluating effects, evaluate the rationality and effectiveness of corrective and preventive measures, and promote continuous improvement of products and processes. 对生产过程中出现的偏差、质量问题和客户投诉，及时协调解决，引导进行调查、评估，评估纠正和预防措施的合理性、有效性,推动产品和工艺的持续改进。 
• New product import. 新产品导入管理。 
• Change management. 变更管理。 
• Responsible for product release management. 负责产品放行管理。 
• Guide and supervise the daily work of QA staffs, and response to train and assess subordinates. 对QA人员日常工作进行指导和监督，负责对下属的培训及考核。 
• Participate in compiling, review and improving quality management system documents. 参与编写、审核质量管理体系文件，完善公司质量体系文件。 
• Timely complete other tasks assigned by your leader. 及时完成领导交付的其它任务。 

Traits we believe make a strong candidate: 

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in LS. 本科及以上学历，LS相关专业。 
• At least 5 years’ working experience in life science related industry. 生命科学相关行业5年以上工作经验。 
• Better familiar with GMP, FDA, ISO 13485, MDR, 21CFR 820. 熟悉GMP、FDA等相关要求，熟悉ISO13485, MDR, 21CFR 820更佳。 
• Good English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing. 良好的英语听、说、读、写能力。 
• Skilled in using seven QC techniques, 8D, SPC, FMEA, Control plan and other quality tools. 熟练运用QC七大手法、8D、SPC、FMEA、Control plan 等质量工具。 
• Proficient in office software, Excel, PPT, Word and Minitab. 熟练运用办公软件，Excel, PPT, Word及Minitab。 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 良好的沟通和人际交往能力。
