Key job responsibilities
A day in the life
Every morning, our days start with a review of our key metrics – the lifeblood of our operations. Top of the list is On Time Departure, critical measure of how efficiently we're moving packages through our network. As part of the ATS Operations Review, you'll dive deep into tracking and analyzing: Safety Yard Events, Yard Capacity, Dwelling, Truck Utilization – these are the pulse points you'll monitor to ensure our operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
But it's not just about the numbers. As a member of TOM team, you'll also focus on the bigger picture – identifying blockers, surfacing concerns, and exploring innovative solutions to enhance our transportation capabilities. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate across multiple sites, sharing best practices and driving continuous improvement. This broader regional perspective will not only sharpen your strategic thinking, but also open doors for professional development.
