Overview

To aid in the general operation of the Summer Adventure Center by being attentive to customers and their needs, answer questions and phones, and handles money. The desk clerk is responsible for processing all applicable paperwork, including verifying all waivers have been signed. As a customer focused organization, a crucial part of each employee’s job is to get and keep guests.

Responsibilities

Greet and talk with customers, answering questions and finding out what they need.

Selling all summer products and finalizing pre-reserved products.

Checking for waiver completion for all guests

Answer phones 

Clean Adventure Center on a regular basis alongside other staff. 

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. The employee is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
