東京を拠点とする大手広告主向け営業部門のアカウントマネージャーを募集しています。このポジションは、Amazon Businessに注力した広告収益の拡大を担当します。これはAmazon Adsにとって新規の分野となりますので、パフォーマンスメディアに精通し、売上目標達成の実績があり、自発的に行動できる方を求めています。クライアントと直接対応する役割であるため、実証された提案力と営業スキルが必須となります。広告主に新たな視点を提示・教育しながら、増分収益を推進することが求められます。

We are seeking an Account Manager for our Large Customer Sales Advertising business, based in Tokyo. This role will be focused on growing our Ad Revenue attainment focused on Amazon Business. This will be a new space for Amazon Ads, and you should be an expert in Performance Media, have experience delivering against revenue targets and be able a self-starter. This is a client-facing role that will require you to have proven presentation and sales skills. You will need to challenge and teach new perspective to our advertisers whilst driving incremental revenue.

Key job responsibilities

• Amazonの広告商品全般（フルファネル）や効果測定に関する知識を活用し、お客様に合わせたカスタマイズされた提案を作成する
• Amazon Business内での広告収益の機会と成長を示すため、営業用プレゼンテーションの構築とテストを行う
• 担当アカウントの売上目標の達成または超過を実現すいる
• 中規模～大規模アカウントの管理プロセス全般を担当し、主要な取引先担当者との戦略的な関係を構築する
• 社内でお客様の立場を代弁し、社内リソースを活用して顧客の成功を推進する
• 既存および/またはカスタマイズされたインサイトを使用して、パフォーマンス指標、カテゴリーのトレンド/アプローチ、消費者インサイトについて広告主を教育する

• Use knowledge of Amazon Ads full-funnel ad products and measurement to craft tailored proposals for customers.
• Build and test pitch narratives to illustrate opportunity and grow Ad Revenue within Amazon Business
• Hit or exceed revenue targets for assigned book of business.
• Own all facets of the account management process for medium to large accounts, and develop strategic relationships with key points of contact.
• Advocate for customers internally, and utilize internal resources, to drive customer success.
• Educate advertisers on performance metrics, category trends/approaches, and consumer insights using existing and/or customized insights.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 売上目標の達成とお客様の成功のために貢献した実績
• 優れたプレゼンテーションおよびコミュニケーションスキル（文書および口頭）
• 自律的に不確実な状況下でも業務遂行が可能
• お客様のオフィスへの出張が可能
• ネイティブレベルの日本語力
• 読み書きが可能な英語力

• Relevant experience in a client facing role, including but not limited to digital marketing and analytics
• Proven track record of delivering revenue results and significantly contributing to customer success
• Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proven self-starter and able to work within ambiguity
• Able to travel to customer offices
• Native level Japanese
• English reading & writing skill

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• オムニチャネルマーケティング、ディスプレイ広告、OTT（オーバー・ザ・トップ）、検索マーケティングの経験
• eコマース（セールスまたはマーケティング）の経験
