We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to join our team. A Technical Project Manager (TPM) in Information Technology (IT) is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects. They act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of technical projects.
• Develop detailed project plans to track progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Ensure technical feasibility and resource availability.
• Oversee quality assurance and ensure project objectives are met.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
• Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Additional duties as required or assigned. 

Required Skills/Abilities: 

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).
• PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus 
• Verbal and written communication skills. 
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and CRM, computer programs

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in technical project management or a related role.
• Industry experience
