About this Position

This role is part of the Global Business Solutions in Cairo (GBS+) in the Marketing and Sales Department. You will be supporting our Global Marketing Transformation team focusing on Experimentation@Scale, driving scalable learnings and enabling our global, regional and local teams to experiment at scale to elevate the value of their digital marketing activities. 

What you´ll do

  • Support the roll-out of the Experimentation at Scale program for Henkel Consumer Brands across the globe
  • Support the team in synthesizing and codifying learnings from our digital media & marketing activations
  • Enable and support market rollouts & onboardings of the experimentation toolkit
  • Maintain and develop our experimentation platform
  • Orchestration & preparation of capability building sessions
  • Support digital media transformation, innovation, collaboration and knowledge sharing

What makes you a good fit

  • 4 years of practical experience in the field of media planning and buying (digital media), e.g., work experience in a media agency (FMCG background is an advantage)
  • Technical understanding and experiences with digital media buying solutions e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, DV360, TikTok and other buying platforms
  • Strong practical experience with experimentation and media measurement (e.g. A/B tests, brand lift studies, geo experiments)
  • Practical experience working with dashboard solutions (e.g., Power-Bi)
  • Attentive to details and a solid experience in translating learnings into recommendations
  • Goal oriented and reliable project management
  • Global mindset & cultural experiences
  • Knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Fluent in English language & good communication skills
