Are you passionate about simulation solutions that enable our automotive and telecommunications customers to develop the embedded software for their next generation of self-driving cars, mobile devices, or virtual reality applications? As a Sr. R&D Director for our fast-growing team, you will be responsible for driving the development of our debug technologies, used by worldwide customers in automotive, hyper scalars and telecommunication markets. You will work very closely with the executive team to define targets and milestones that will be delivered by your team. 

In your new role you will: 

• Define the roadmap of the debug technology team
• Report to the Executive level
• Lead a team of 15 people

You are best equipped for this position if you have: 

• Relevant experience in leading software teams
• Background in computer science and/or software development
• Desire to focus on high quality products

Preferred Experience: 

• 10+ years in tech-lead or management position, and
• 5+ years as individual contributor with actual software development experience
• Excellent English language skills
• Excellent project management skills
• Excellent presentation skills

Personal Attributes: 

• Strong desire to grow and develop individual contributors
• Management by leading rather than directing
• Good communicator
