Summary of Job Responsibilities:
The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Supervisor of Service Desk is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day performance of service desk staff and ensures that end users are receiving appropriate assistance. Responsible for ensuring delivery of excellent, responsive customer service to manage end user help requests through resolution. The Supervisor of Service Desk has a strong focus on customer service with a technical background and demonstrate a problem-solving approach and the ability to motivate the team to achieve and exceed performance metrics and goals. The Supervisor of Service Desk is team-oriented, proactive, customer-focused, and committed to excellence.
SCF programs are established to serve a primary population comprised of Alaska Native people who are affiliated with Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI) and Alaska Native and American Indian people within SCF’s geographical service area. Employees should have a thorough understanding of the cultures and the needs of this population.
