Position: 1st Shift General Production Lead
Location: Hartland, WI
Pay Rate: $19.00-$24.00p/hr (BOE)
Schedule/Shift: 1st Shift Mon-Fri (6:00am-2:00pm)
Terms: Temp-to-Hire

Brief Job Description: Facilitate a safe work environment for the employees in the department. Coordinates the efforts and daily operations of the department. Consult with Production Manager about scheduled production and schedule requirements. Utilize the most efficient methods of completing work assignments. Identifying and bringing up quality problems that arise throughout the department. Serve as the subject matter expert in the department while facilitating training to employees. Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documentation, etc. Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations. Maintain departmental housekeeping standards.
Provide inputs to improve the department and identify struggles that need to be overcome
Qualifications: Needing 6-10 months of Production/ Manufacturing Lead experience. Must have longevity in resume. Must have personal transportation to travel to & from facility. Must have clear background.
Education Requirement: High School diploma or equivalent
