The primary responsibility of this position is to conduct retail and supply chain food safety evaluation, and also to provide advice and help to customers.
Conduct 2nd party retail and restaurant audit using customer specified standard/checklist, generate report in English/Chinese depend on customer requirement. While in audit, coach and teach staff on the related standard.
Conduct 2nd Party supply chain audit using customer specified standard/checklist, generate report in English/Chinese depend on customer requirement.
Review Corrective Action Report (CAR) , verify and close corrective action.
This position is home-based in Hong Kong, but it may need work in China greater Pearl River triangle area.
Must have bachelor’s degree or higher on Food Science or other food – related major.
Must have 2 Years or more auditing experience at food industry, preferable have both retail and supply chain experience.
Must have HACCP training, and/or any other 3rd party scheme training.
