Senior Programmer Analyst

We’re looking for a Senior Programmer Analyst to lead high-impact projects that drive business efficiency across multiple platforms. In this role, you’ll work with Boomi iPaaS, APIs, and SQL to optimize enterprise applications, middleware integrations, and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in system integrations, ERP customization, and business automation.

What You’ll Do

• Develop & implement advanced business applications that automate processes and improve system functionality.
• Lead system integration efforts across ERP, CRM, financial systems, quality control, and manufacturing applications.
• Customize & extend our ERP (Syteline) by writing custom assemblies in C# or VB to align with business needs.
• Architect & maintain integrations using middleware/iPaaS solutions, with a focus on Boomi and API-driven workflows.
• Optimize SQL performance and support database troubleshooting.
• Enhance reporting & analytics using Power BI, data warehousing, and Power Query.
• Monitor & troubleshoot business-critical applications, identifying root causes and implementing lasting solutions.
• Mentor & train other programmers, providing expert guidance on tools and programming methods.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying new technologies that drive efficiency and innovation.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field plus 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (or equivalent experience).
• Expertise in middleware/iPaaS solutions, especially Boomi, with strong API integration skills.
• Proficiency in SQL & database management, including MS SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, data warehousing, and Power Query for advanced reporting.
• Advanced programming skills, with experience in C#, VB, and PowerShell.
• Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to system maintenance.
• Excellent communication & project management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple business units.
