???? Your Mission:

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Lead Architect who will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology landscape, driving innovation, and delivering robust, scalable, and efficient solutions across multiple channels.

???? Your responsibilities:

Architectural Leadership:

• Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and efficient solutions using Java and .NET technologies within a microservices architecture.
• Assist in developing and maintaining the architectural blueprint for our omni-channel service-oriented platform.
• Ensure alignment of architecture and design with business goals and industry best practices.

Solution Design and Development:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architecture.
• Design and develop software solutions using Java and .NET for various channels (web, mobile, in-store).
• Implement microservices that support seamless integration and communication across multiple platforms.

Technology Strategy:

• Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and best practices within the organization.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance our solution architecture.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our architecture remains innovative and competitive.

Performance and Scalability:

• Ensure the architecture supports high availability, scalability, and performance requirements.
• Conduct performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting of distributed systems and microservices.

Mentorship and Collaboration:

• Mentor and guide junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and other technical teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
• Promote a collaborative and inclusive environment, encouraging the sharing of ideas and best practices.

????️ The Experience you bring

• 8+ years of experience in software architecture and design, with a focus on distributed systems, data processing, and microservices.
• Extensive experience with React, JavaScript, Java and .NET technologies.
• Strong knowledge of designing and implementing microservices and service-oriented architectures (SOA).
• Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, and other related technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with omni-channel platforms and customer experience solutions.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.
