We are seeking a Product Manager with experience in creating impressive product demo content. This person will be hands-on in understanding product functionality, industry requirements and creating demo content in response to RFXs to demonstrate product capabilities. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales process by leveraging their deep solution selling expertise in enterprise product domain to craft compelling solutions deliver impactful demonstrations, and secure customer confidence. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, customer-facing skills, and strategic thinking to drive successful sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Proof of Concept (POC) Development:

  • Design, develop, and implement customer-requested POCs using Siebel CRM to showcase solution feasibility and value.
  • Configure and customize Siebel modules to align with specific customer requirements during POCs.

RFP Analysis and Solution Prototyping:

  • Thoroughly analyze customer RFPs (Request for Proposals) to understand technical and functional needs.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to prototype solutions and develop demos tailored to RFP specifications.

Presentation and Demonstration:

  • Prepare high-quality presentations and technical documentation to address RFP requirements and highlight Siebel capabilities.
  • Deliver engaging and polished demonstrations of Siebel solutions to prospective customers, showcasing functionality and business benefits.
  • Present solutions confidently in front of customer stakeholders, addressing questions and concerns effectively.

Customer Engagement:

  • Participate actively in customer presentations, workshops, and discovery sessions to articulate the value proposition of Siebel solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between customer needs and technical solutions.

Functional Expertise:

  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of CRM, including Sales, Marketing, Service, Call Center, Field Service, and Loyalty.
  • Provide insights into industry-specific CRM challenges and meet customer business objectives.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure alignment between customer expectations and proposed solutions.
  • Assist in crafting responses to technical queries and objections during the sales cycle.

Market Awareness:

  • Stay updated on Siebel advancements, competitive offerings, and industry trends to position solutions effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in solution selling support in enterprise space.
  • Strong background in pre-sales, solution design, or implementation roles.
  • CRM experience is a must. Siebel experience is desirable.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering POCs and demos for enterprise customers.
  • In-depth functional knowledge of CRM and their application in various industries.
  • Experience interpreting RFPs and translating requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel for creating presentations and proposals.
  • Prior experience in Agile or other project methodologies is a plus.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams.
  • Confidence in presenting complex solutions to senior-level stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to anticipating customer needs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • This is a role supporting deals globally. Ability to interact with teams from across the globe is a must.
