We are the Human Resources team at Forvia Interiors (FIS) Business Group.

Forvia Interiors develops and produces full interior systems including instrument panels, door panels, smart surfaces and center consoles and leads the group’s drive for sustainable materials.

Our Business Group is looking for an Apprentice in Talent & Organization Development (M/F) based in our headquarter in Nanterre (92), starting in September/October 2025. He/She will be working as support for Forvia Interiors HR Controller.

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

The main missions and opportunities:

o Support & Follow up our people processes and campaigns (performance reviews, people reviews…), 

o Support & facilitate TOD network calls and other TOD initiatives, 

o Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and events

o Participate in the development and implementation of training programs and workshops, in touch with Forvia University

o Follow up of internal job market 

o Help maintain and update employee records and databases, including Talent Profiles

o Participate to ad hoc HR studies and provide administrative support to the Talent Management team as needed

o Propose new ideas to engage our teams around the world

Your profile and competencies to succeed

We can’t wait to find a new member of the team, so below you can see what our ideal candidate will have/be: 

o Master 2 with an HR specialization

o Strong interest in talent management and human resources in an international environment

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

o Be rigorous and very attentive to details

o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools.

o Fluent in English (working language)

o A great curiosity and motivation to learn

o A previous internship experience in HR 

Because at Forvia we like to foster talent, 4 to 5 HR VIE positions are proposed every year, with a priority for our former interns or apprentices.
