Join our dynamic Global IT Commercial Applications team and play a key role in developing customer-facing applications such as CRM, Mulesoft, CDP, and Marketing Technologies including marketing automation, CMS, DAM, product master, web analytics etc.. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Support the global CRM implementation in partnership with product owners and administrators. 
• Define and execute CRM integration strategies with key applications including SAP and Concur. 
• Oversee the decommissioning of legacy CRM systems, ensuring a smooth transition. 
• Architect and design scalable CRM solutions, leveraging platforms like Salesforce and Veeva. 
• Maintain data integrity, compliance, and security across all CRM platforms. 
• Partner with business leaders, IT teams, and end-users to understand technical needs. 
• Monitor CRM system performance, identifying and implementing improvements. 
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal policies. 
• Provide mentorship and training to junior team members. 

Qualifications & Experience: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred). 
• 8+ years of experience in CRM architecture and implementation. 
• Expertise in Salesforce, Veeva, and marketing automation tools like Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Pardot etc. 
• Proven experience decommissioning legacy CRM systems. 
• Strong understanding of data privacy, migration, and compliance standards. 
• Knowledge of data analytics, APIs, middleware (Mulesoft), and ETL solutions like Fivetran, DBT, MS Data Factory etc. 
• Proficiency in CRM system administration, customization, and workflow automation. 
• Experience in the life sciences industry is a strong advantage. 
• Strong leadership, team management, and project execution skills. 
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder engagement abilities.
