Brandeis University is delighted to announce a career opportunity to serve as the Research Program Manager for The National Initiative on Gender, Culture & Leadership in Medicine: C-Change reporting to the director (Linda Pololi). We are seeking an experienced program manager who will provide operations management, financial administration, administrative support to collaborate in and ensure smooth day to day operations for the initiative and become a member of the dynamic C-Change team.
The National Initiative on Gender, Culture and Leadership in Medicine, known as C-Change (for culture change), is housed at Brandeis University in the Heller School for Social Policy and Management. C-Change conducts national research projects and implements innovative programs for faculty physicians and scientists nationally.
Dedicated to improving the culture of academic medicine through research and action, C-Change aims to promote an inclusive, affirming, relational and productive working environment for all faculty and trainees, and to broaden leadership in academic medicine.
The Program Manager position responsibilities can expand depending on the individual’s initiative, career aspirations, talents, and accomplishments in the job.
