SAIC is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer Requirements Manager to oversee all mission partner requirements for cross domain services, schedule TEMs/ERBs, provide TEM/ERB minutes, and partner with Project Managers to ensure information in CDMS is current and complete. The selected candidate will work closely with Government Product Owners and their teams to manage the requirements, priorities, enhancements of their systems and applications, plus any problem tickets, issues and concerns they may raise, and will will work with project stakeholders to gather, understand, and document requirements and use cases for new and existing capability. In addition, the candidate will manage the requirements dashboard and backlog and develop an implementation plan along with other project leads. The Senior Systems Engineer Requirements Manager will offer technical leadership and system engineering to provide data as a deliverable; for example, to support production analytics or metrics and fosters engineering solutions that promote integration and innovation. The Senior Systems Engineer Requirements Manager enforces Agile best practices, including but not limited to, issue tracking, backlog grooming, sprint management, and daily standups. This is a challenging position that requires strong communication skills and the ability to work with senior stakeholders across the organization.
