You will be responsible for assisting with efficiently running the department in line with Hyatt Hotels Corporation's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Chef Commis is responsible for preparing a consistent, high-quality food product and ensuring courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that supports the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt Hotels Corporation's standards.

1 year of work experience as Chef Commis or 2 years as Apprentice in a hotel or restaurant with good standards / Basic Culinary skills / good hygiene knowledge
