1. Operations Management
Take full responsibility for daily restaurant operations, ensuring standardized and efficient service processes to enhance customer experience and brand image.
Develop and implement operational plans, monitor service quality, food delivery speed, and cost control to achieve business objectives.
Regularly analyze operational data (e.g., table turnover rate, average guest check, cost ratio) to optimize operational strategies.
2. Team Management
Lead and train service teams (including waiters, cashiers, food runners, etc.) to ensure service compliance and professional competence.
Motivate teams to meet performance goals and address daily employee management issues.
Coordinate seamless collaboration between front-of-house and back-of-house to ensure smooth food delivery and service integration.
3. Menu & Product Management
Participate in menu design and updates, optimizing dish structures based on market trends, seasonal changes, and customer feedback.
Monitor food quality and plating standards to align with restaurant positioning and SFS food safety requirements.
Plan signature dishes or themed events (e.g., holiday menus, new product launches) to attract customers.
4. Food Safety & Compliance
Strictly enforce SFSMS (Safe Food System Management System), conducting regular inspections of hygiene and operational protocols.
Coordinate with government agencies and third-party organizations for audits and certifications to ensure legal compliance.
5. Customer Relationship Management
Handle customer complaints and feedback, resolving issues promptly and tracking improvements to boost satisfaction.
Build customer profiles and enhance retention through membership programs, satisfaction surveys, etc.
6. Marketing & Event Planning
Create marketing plans (e.g., online promotions, offline events) to increase brand visibility and foot traffic.
Design promotional activities (e.g., discounts, gifts, themed dinners) to attract new customers and drive repeat business.

3. 菜单与产品管理
参与菜单设计与更新,结合市场趋势、季节变化及客户反馈优化菜品结构。
监督菜品质量与摆盘标准,确保符合餐厅定位及SFS食品安全要求。
策划特色菜品或主题活动(如节日套餐、新品推广),提升顾客吸引力。
4. 食品安全与合规
严格执行SFSMS,定期检查卫生、及操作规范。
配合政府部门及第三方机构的审核与认证,确保餐厅运营合法合规。
5. 客户关系维护
处理客户投诉与反馈,及时解决问题并跟进改进措施,提升客户满意度。
建立客户档案,通过会员管理、满意度调查等方式增强客户黏性。
6. 营销与活动策划
制定营销计划(如线上推广、线下活动),提升餐厅知名度与客流量。
策划促销活动(如折扣、赠品、主题晚宴),吸引新客户并促进复购。
We are looking for someone who:
我们正在寻找一位具备以下条件的候选人:
1. More than 2 years working experience in the same position; good command of English and listening skills.
2.Proficient in the business knowledge of Chinese food and skillful in Chinese food skills and techniques.
3.Strong social activity ability, organization and leadership work ability and practical work ability; good at mobilizing staff's enthusiasm.
4.Familiar with the whole process of Chinese restaurant service, good at arranging the work of each link, and able to ensure the coordinated development of Chinese food management.
1.2年以上同岗位工作经验;良好的英文听说水平。
2.精通中餐的业务知识,熟练掌握中餐的技能技巧。
3.具有较强的社会活动能力、组织领导工作能力和实际工作能力;善于调动员工的积极性。
