The Role
We’re looking for a User Experience Design, Group Chapter Leader to manage a team of managers and designers. As a Group Chapter Lead, you’ll be critical in making connections between our design organization, and the business to drive innovation and deliver best-in-class digital experiences that instill confidence in our customers. You are committed to developing your own expertise and knowledge to bring the latest thinking to your role to empower others with that knowledge.
In this role you will be providing product design strategy and creative leadership for Fidelity Institutional business unit.

This role supports Brokerage at Fidelity, a group that helps a wide array of customers with services like wealth management, retirement planning, brokerage services, workplace plan administration, college savings, and financial planning and engagement programs. This role also supports Fidelity’s User Experience Design team, a group that delivers simple and accessible digital experiences to its customers.
The base salary range for this position is $124,000-$262,000 per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
