Job Summary
The University of Texas at Dallas has an excellent job opportunity for individuals looking to join the Erik Jonsson School of Engineering and Computer Science team as a Software Systems Specialist II.
The position will provide expert technical assistance to The University of Texas at Dallas Erik Jonsson School of Engineering and Computer Science (ECS) Staff and Faculty. You will be a part of the ECS-IT Team that is responsible for supporting, designing, testing, and deploying third-party patches and software to all departmental-controlled desktops.
Minimum Education and Experience
Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent IT certifications with 2 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Additional InformationRemote Notice – After the probationary period, this role may be eligible for a hybrid (partly remote/partly in-office) work schedule, subject to business need and manager approval. You may be required to use a personal computer and other standard office equipment. Must be located within the DFW Area and can be on campus with 24 hours of notice. A UT Dallas Remote Work Agreement will be required within 14 days after approval.
