In ServiceNow consulting at PwC, you will gain extensive experience in ServiceNow applications and assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support tailored to ServiceNow software.

As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues

Preferred Knowledge
Design, development and Implementation of Servicenow customization including core platform setup,
workflow administration, reporting data imports,custom scripting and third-party integrations.
Good platform knowledge on Business rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Scripts, script Includes, Client Scripts,
workflows, etc.
Ability to lead/support the team responsible for the implementation and administration of the ServiceNow
platform, including managing system configurations, gathering and documenting user and process
requirements, developing workflow customizations, and performing quality assurance testing and user
acceptance testing
Responsible for leveraging knowledge and experience to deliver end-to-end methodologies within
ServiceNow which includes architecting technical implementations, organizing and prioritizing development
effort, interfacing with vendors and management.
Must possess the technical/functional skills necessary to make an impact on consulting project
engagements
