Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

1. 根据生产计划要求，组织车间按时完成生产任务。Organize the workshop to finish the production task on time according to the order plan.
2. 在OPEX部门的监督和支持下，跟踪落实生产过程中的质量控制，实现高品质产品的交付。Deliver high quality products under the supervision and support of OPEX department
3. 负责监督并落实员工对生产设备使用的日常维护保养Supervise and implement the daily maintenance of production equipment
4. 负责车间员工的日常技能的培训及绩效目标考核和车间现场管理。Responsible for workshop staff's daily skills training, performance target assessment and workshop site management
5. 配合EHS工作，维持和改善现场安全工作环境。Cooperate with EHS to maintain and improve site safety environment 
6. 协助生产经理处理日常员工关系、精益生产/DBS工具实施，持续改进效率，降低生产成本Assist production manager in daily employee relations, lean /DBS tool implementation, continuous Productivity improvement and cost reduction

Background & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

1. 大专以上学历，机械类相关专业；College degree or above, major in mechanical or related;

2. 熟悉机械类产品的组装生产线/流水线的生产流程操作; Familiar with the production process operation of the assembly line/assembly line of mechanical products

3. 3年以上制造型企业类似管理经验；At least 3 years similar management experience in manufacturing enterprises;

4. 良好的沟通、协调和解决问题的能力。Good communication, coordination and problem solving skills

5. 熟悉体系工具如ISO9000,SOP,CP.PFMEA等 Familiar with system tools such as ISO9000,SOP,CP.PFMEA, etc

6. 熟悉并会推广运用精益生产8大工具至生产过程 Familiar with and able to promote the application of Lean 8 tools to the production process

7. 具备一定的英语读写能力 Have a certain level of English reading and writing capacity
