Job Description

As a Senior IT Solution Engineer, you'll consult and support users with Wiki & Knowledge Management solutions based on Atlassian Confluence.

In your new role you will:

• Actively support and consult users for Knowledge Management by evaluating requests and implementations
• Understand user requirements and integrate them with other platforms, such as Atlassian Jira or Microsoft SharePoint
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external service providers
• Conduct user demos and training on best practices
• Prepare use case templates and easy start up guides for various user communities
• Actively improve the solution landscape through analysis, evaluations, UX Design and reporting
• Explore new solutions such as AI and support various projects

Your Profile

You collaborate effectively across various boundaries and establish successful partnerships, aiming for solutions that add value. A conscientious approach drives you to continuously improve processes, making them more efficient and effective.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A university degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or similar
• At least 5 years of experience in IT business or technical consulting in an enterprise environment
• Proficient with Applications such as Atlassian Confluence or Jira, MS SharePoint
• Strong technical skills in Oracle or MS SQL Databases and Windows Server
• Very good understanding of systems, user and functional requirements
• Strong communication, training and project coordination skills
• Fluent in English, with basic German language skills considered a plus
