University of Houston-Clear Lake’s College of Human Sciences and Humanities is accepting applications for Adjunct
faculty who are passionate about teaching and advancing student learning. Individuals with academic and performance
qualifications are encouraged to apply for positions in the following disciplines: History (especially Latin America),
Humanities (especially Philosophy and Art History, Literature (especially Creative Writing), Writing, Behavior Analysis,
Psychology, Clinical Psychology, School Psychology, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Marriage and Family
Therapy, Communication, Social Work, Fitness and Human Performance, Exercise and Health Science, Nursing, Cross-
Cultural Studies, Anthropology, Criminology, Sociology, Geography, Political Science, Art & Design, and Public Service
Leadership.

Required Qualifications:
1. Master’s degree in the discipline or a Master’s degree with 18 graduate hours in the discipline from an accredited
university.
2. Strong candidates will have extensive experience in their fields of expertise.
Desired Qualifications:
Doctorate in the discipline preferred.
