Job Description
Applications Management involves overseeing the lifecycle of software applications, including deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and optimization to ensure they meet business requirements and deliver value effectively.
We are seeking an experienced Application Management Engineer to join the Business-As-Usual (BAU) team for one of our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incidents (P1-P4), overseeing non-functional changes (P5), problem and release management.
The BAU team supports around 130 applications, handling approximately 180 tickets monthly, and provides on-call services and weekend maintenance activities.
