Minimum Required QualificationsHigh school diploma plus three years catering, hospitality, or restaurant experience; equivalent experience considered. Excellent customer service skills essential. Must have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and motivate staff members. Basic computer skills required. Food handlers permit or ability to obtain by passing the Safety and Sanitation test required. Must have a valid driver’s license and meet University driver eligibility requirements.
Preferred QualificationsSupervisory, event planning, food preparation, and display experience. ServSafe certification.
