You will manage a team of Strikers (Field Sales) and lead them to develop a portfolio of Convenience accounts in a given geographical area through active selling, and the implementation of agreed Perfect Store standards, Trade Marketing Plans as well as Key Account agreements.

  • Regional Management
  • Action plan, manage and achieve defined KPI targets for the region: store coverage, distribution, additional store placements, cashier coolers, Perfect Store, volume increase etc.
  • Be responsible for management of personal and team’s route. Be the front men in ensuring on-time-in-full (OTIF) execution of territorial plans.
  • Agency Performance Management
  • Act as the key Red Bull counterpart for 3rd party Sales & Merchandising agency. Regularly monitor the performance of third-party agency while collaborating to set calls targets, provide performance feedback, and coach agencies to achieve Red Bull business objectives.
  • Lead development of Red Bull & 3rd Party execution plans via development and execution of regular 3rd Party trainings where necessary.
  • Relationship Building
  • Build solid relationships with key customers and retailers in defined region by providing first class customers service and engagement with the world of Red Bull.
  • Encourage sustainable relationships with external regional managers. Drive a collaborative culture between Red Bull and our field agency.
  • Promotional Activities
  • Ensure OTIF implementations of CVS promotions under agreed conditions within responsible territory.
  • Ensure that teams secure and improve the in-store presence of the Red Bull brand via implementation of Perfect Store Standards.
  • Team Training and Development
  • Train, motivate, lead and develop the skills of the team to maximize their potential and results. Make all the field visits and sales coaching necessary with each of the Strikers.
  • Performance Management including probation reviews, 1:1 check-ins, low performers etc.
  • Team Management
  • Define and communicate SMART objectives to the Strikers under his/her responsibility. Ensure all Strikers have the information and tools they need to perform their role.
  • Manage team budgets including, but not limited to, team travel, free goods, incentives etc.
  • Establish and maintain a dynamic and fun team environment that encourages positive attitude, team interaction and creativity. Foster strong relationships between Red Bull and the strikers themselves.
  • Market & Industry Trends
  • Understanding the market, customer preferences, and industry trends. Learn how to analyse to competitors’ activity, understand offerings, and position Red Bull in the market.
  • Input market intelligence to BAU Off-Premise work and be able to translate insights into actions.
  • Complete all reports before deadline. Use the reports to analyse and develop the Striker’s performance. Planning and implementing quarterly campaigns. Regular audit quality checks.

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

  • 8 years in work experience with 3 years experience in Off Premise/Off Trade sector in FMCG, with experience in Field Force automation.
  • Previous successful experience leading field sales teams.
  • Able to demonstrate leadership, motivate and drive the teams
  • A commitment to people management and development with a proven ability to build and develop talent.
  • Strong analytical and organisational ability, high negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Degree holder in business management or related field.
  • Fluency in Korean (verbal & written) and basic English
  • Travel 40-50%
