Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing overall support. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a courteous and efficient manner
• Resolving customer complaints or issues and ensuring satisfaction
• Documenting customer interactions and processing requests in a timely manner
• Assisting with order processing, returns, and exchanges as needed
• Providing accurate product or service information to customers
• Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs
• Maintaining a positive and professional attitude while managing customer interactions

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a customer service or support role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction
