Position: Heat Treat Operator
Location: Fairfield, OH
Compensation: $21-23 an hour
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Control and monitor heat treat furnaces according to written procedures.
- Prepare materials for processing, including loading and unloading furnaces, bins, fixtures, and baskets.
- Identify and report any unusual problems or irregularities to the supervisor.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment by following all safety protocols and housekeeping standards.
- Participate in cross-training opportunities to develop additional skills.
Requirements:
- Ability to follow written instructions and shop orders.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or heat-treating environment is a plus.
