Job Description

What you would do:

• Utilize your advanced Java skills to design, code, and deliver top-notch software applications.
• Drive Agile adoption, emphasizing iterative development, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate on software architectures aligned with business goals and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable code following best practices.
• Tackle complex challenges and provide innovative solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into features.
• Stay updated on Java, Agile, and technology trends to introduce new solutions.
• Continuously learn, share knowledge, and mentor junior developers.
• If you bring cloud expertise, contribute to designing and implementing cloud-ready solutions.
• If you’re familiar with CI/CD concepts, contribute to efficient and automated development pipelines.

What you would need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field, with 8+ years of Java development experience.
• Proficiency in Java programming and familiarity with Spring, ORM(JPA, Hibernate) etc.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in Agile projects.
• Exposure to modern frontend technologies like Angular or React.js
• Ability to design scalable software architectures.
• Strong analytical skills for tackling technical challenges.
• Effective communication and teamwork within cross-functional teams.
• Eagerness to learn and experiment with new technologies.
• Willingness to share knowledge and guide junior developers.

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud services.
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tools like Teamcity, Jenkins, etc.
