As a Senior Data Analyst (Workforce Planning) you’ll be at the helm of transforming how we manage and develop our most valuable asset – our people!
You’ll be the mastermind behind modelling and forecasting resourcing needs, analysing workforce trends to develop workforce planning strategies, ensuring we have the right people in the right jobs influencing the growth, efficiency and long-term success of Companies House.
You'll work with colleagues across the organisation to prepare us for the future. This will help us achieve our ambition to be the best registry in the world and deliver our new legal obligation to tackle economic crime.
You'll understand our people by developing ways to reliably collate and interpret data through analysis at a strategic and operational level to not only explain the internal narrative but also to provide market and industry intelligence.
You'll determine current supply and future demand, challenging assumptions while using scenario planning to develop robust workforce plans that make an impact and deliver overarching business objectives.
You'll work with autonomy, be encouraged to be adaptable, bold and curious and challenge the status quo to ensure we continue to improve the value we’re adding to the organisation.

As a senior member of the team, you will provide strategic support to Companies House as an organisation to understand future workforce requirements and facilitate the Strategic Workforce Planning function. You will do this by:

Where will you be working?
You will be aligned to our Cardiff office, where we are currently using a hybrid approach to the way we work. Our approach to hybrid working provides opportunities for you to be adaptable in the way you work so that you can achieve a healthy balance between your work and home life. The degree of choice you have will depend on business need, your role and your day-to-day work activities and will be discussed at offer stage.
