What you will do

The Engagement Manager is responsible for delivering solutions that meet client needs and building positive client relationships. They assess client needs, identify requirements, and develop projects to improve business operations. This role involves analyzing business data, assigning tasks, and solving problems. Engagement Managers are strong communicators, comfortable working with different teams, and have excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Manage projects accross: AMS, EMEA, APAC

Build strong customer relationships & Lead customer meetings

Manage Scope, Schedule, and Budget

Handle Deployment Records and Resource Forecasts

Document Lessons Learned and Capture Case Study Data

Manage Client Escalation and Risk

Identify Resource Needs and Prioritize Work with Customers

Ensure understanding of delivery methodology

Keep stakeholders informed & Send executive summary reports

Coordinate knowledge transfer processes

Facilitate sales to delivery process

Transform deliverables into actionable plans

Manage project schedules with Services team

Ensure projects follow the assigned methodology

Collaborate on workshop sessions

Update Resource plans

Coordinate pre and post Go-live activities

Requirements

Bachelors in software engineering, Computer Science, or related experience.

Proven experience in General Consulting

Proven experience in Service Management

Proven experience in Project Management

Proven experience in ServiceNow projects

ServiceNow Sysadmin Certification – Desired

Scrum Master Certification – Desired

Advanced English
