What tasks await you:

• Supporting customers with technical vulnerability remediation
• Solving software and operating system problems
• Processing and documenting incidents in the ticket system and other platforms
• Ensuring that IT systems function smoothly
• Analyzing and resolving application-related and non-application-related vulnerabilities
• Working closely with vulnerability analysts and other specialist departments
• Specialist collaboration in projects

Skill Set:

• Successfully completed training in the field of IT or comparable qualification
• Experience in performing error analyses in software applications and Microsoft operating systems
• Good communication skills
• Interest in technology and problem solving
• Team spirit and willingness to learn
• Independent, structured and careful way of working
• Very good German and good English skills
