We’re looking for an experienced IT Support engineer eager to grow into a DevOps role. You’ll handle traditional IT support while gradually expanding into cloud operations, automation, and infrastructure reliability. If you’re excited about AWS, automation, and improving IT processes and want hands-on opportunities to develop into a DevOps engineer, this is the perfect role.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced helpdesk support, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and access issues for employees
  • Manage laptops, accounts, and access permissions across various systems (Google Workspace, VPN, SSO, SaaS, etc.)
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding IT activities
  • Begin automating repetitive IT tasks using Python, Bash or similar language (prior experience is a plus)
  • Support best practices in endpoint security, access control, and data protection
  • Get hands-on experience with AWS, Terraform, CI/CD, and Kubernetes, progressively taking on more DevOps-related tasks as your skills grow

We expect that you have

  • 3+ years of experience in IT Helpdesk / IT Support roles in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across macOS and Linux, networking, and SaaS tools
  • Experience with automation (e.g., scripting, PowerShell, Bash, Python) is a plus
  • Basic AWS knowledge (IAM, EC2, S3, VPC, etc.) with a strong willingness to learn more
  • Excited to grow into an SRE/DevOps role: we provide real opportunities to learn and apply cloud infrastructure and automation skills
  • English communication skills: you’ll be helping teams across different locations
