  • Writing comms articles or pieces of content that are engaging, tailored and relevant for different audiences.
  • Building a network of comms representatives and an inventory of channels.
  • Leading on developing a training evaluation strategy by capturing all the different types of training delivered and proposing ways to evaluate impact at different levels.
  • Leading on the diagnosis and analysis of data sources and their standarisation.
  • Overseeing and managing the team inbox where all training requests and queries are received.
  • Overseeing that the responses to queries, management of training requests (from learning needs to invoice payment) and timeframes are managed according to the set processes and in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensuring that deadlines are met or that mitigation actions are in place if otherwise. Make sure that all stakeholders are informed in advance about such circumstances.
  • Leading on the development of plans and timelines to achieve projects – these can be on the pipeline or ad-hoc.

Person specification

To be successful in this role you will have extensive experience of L&D processes, particularly with focus on learning needs analysis, training application assessment, budget management and training evaluation.

You will also have experience in MI data reporting from analysis of data sources and of translating this insight into dashboards (representing both quantitative and qualitative data).

You will be an effective communicator and will have the ability to deliver communication initiatives, sharing bespoke messages to different audiences, with different needs.

You will also be proficient in using Microsoft tools such as Excel, Word, Forms and Power Automate.

With the requirement to oversee various work streams you will also be highly organised with the ability to work at pace to meet set deadlines.
