Role Overview
We are seeking a Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our remote team and play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of our product. This role will focus on both manual and automated testing to ensure the robustness and scalability of our platform across its three portals. The ideal candidate will be a meticulous problem-solver with a passion for delivering reliable, user-friendly software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct manual and automated testing across Tocan’s three portals: Investor Portal, Administrator Portal, and Fund Manager Portal.
2. Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans and test cases based on business requirements and user stories.
3. Identify, document, and track defects using MS Azure DevOps, ensuring prompt resolution through collaboration with developers and product teams.
4. Develop and maintain automated test scripts to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
5. Perform regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure system stability and scalability.
6. Validate business workflows and scenarios to ensure they meet customer expectations and product objectives.
7. Proactively identify potential risks or quality concerns and recommend practical solutions to address them.
8. Stay abreast of industry best practices and recommend improvements to QA processes and tools.
