On Location is looking for a Sr Coordinator to be part of the Workforce Operations team working on FIFA World Cup 26. This position will report to the Sr Manager, Tech & Communications, Workforce Operations and is primarily responsible for assisting the On Location Workforce Operations team in design and creative content generation for all internal Workforce Operations event communications. The Sr Coordinator works closely with the Workforce Tech & Communications team to ensure high degree of professionalism, engagement, and clarity of message throughout all communications. As a primary function of this position, the Sr Coordinator will create and deliver internal and external communications via multiple platforms, in accordance with strategic plans developed by the team. This position will also work with other functional areas and business units in developing and driving a consistent visual language across all event cities. 

Essential Functions & Responsibilities 

Primary Responsibilities - Workforce Communications & Creatives 

  • Support and enhance the Workforce Operations team internal and external communications, including but not limited to platforms such as MailChimp, Instagram, and Slack. 
  • Design creatives used in communications and other Workforce Operations projects. 
  • Produce or assist in the production of high quality and professional documentation, trainings, templates, etc. using professional-level software. In particular, create a series of easily modifiable templates for Adobe Express for use by other WFTEC coordinators responsible for daily communications. 
  • Capture media content on-site at events. Assist with coordination of content capture at event sites by other Workforce Operations team members or other On Location and Endeavor team members. 
  • Create video content on-site; produce and share post-event video. 
  • Contribute to workforce event newsletters by writing and gathering content, formatting and proofreading content, and maintaining an accurate send list, according to the established strategic plan. 
  • Monitor communications analytics and adjust communication tactics accordingly. 
  • Assist in the strategy and creation of on-site communications procedures. 

Administrative & Other Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate with the rest of the Workforce Operations team, other On Location and Endeavor team members, and third parties to assist in establishing efficiencies and consistencies across all event cities. 
  • Actively promote learning and self-development within the team. Commit to progressing existing skillset and learning new skills with the intent of progressing the department. 
  • Attend meetings and take notes to record updates and next steps, when required. 
  • Manage timelines and deadlines related to assignments. 
  • Identify, understand, and remove roadblocks. 
  • Participate in brainstorm sessions; research, ideate and provide creative ideas. 
  • Cultivate a working knowledge of all events/services to provide appropriate creative and design support as it relates to event staffing needs. 
  • Execute all other duties assigned by the team or leadership. 
  • Available to assist other workstreams related to FIFA as needed.

Travel 

Must be adaptable with work and travel schedule and be available to travel for work which may include extended work hours during nights, weekends, and holidays. International travel may be required. Expected travel may range from 10-15% annually. 

Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 

  • Excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills 
  • Understanding of communications ethics and etiquette, with a good grasp of how audience and platform modifies the content. 
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and/or comparable design software, Adobe preferred. 
  • Proficiency in MailChimp, Slack, Microsoft 365, Airtable, preferred. 
  • An ability to become proficient in new softwares in a short time frame. 
  • Highly collaborative style, a relationship-builder and leader. 
  • A strong track record as an implementer who thrives on managing a variety of key initiatives concurrently. 
  • Self-starter, able to work independently, and entrepreneurial; enjoys creating and implementing new initiatives.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:

$60,406 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:

$60,000 annually
