PRINCIPAL SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR
ABOUT YOU:
Are you an experienced Salesforce professional ready to take ownership of a dynamic and evolving Salesforce environment? Join Jostens as a Principal Salesforce Administrator to lead system enhancements, optimize business processes, and drive adoption across the organization.
YOU HAVE:
- Salesforce Expertise. Salesforce Administrator certification with 6+ years of progressive CRM admin experience.
- Problem-Solving Ability. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to evaluate and resolve complex system challenges.
- Collaboration & Communication. Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into system solutions.
- Project Management Skills. Experience prioritizing multiple tasks and managing complex implementations in a professional and organized manner.
- Agile Mindset. Experience working within Agile methodologies to enhance system functionality efficiently.
- Mentorship & Leadership. Experience mentoring junior admins, analysts, and third-party partners to drive business-aligned solutions.
- Change Management Experience. Ability to participate in and support change management processes, ensuring smooth communication with stakeholders.
- Preferred. Progress toward Certified Advanced Administrator, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, or other relevant Salesforce certifications, with experience in Sales and Service Clouds, Jira, and mentoring/developing Salesforce professionals.
YOU WILL:
- Develop & Implement Solutions. Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions, ensuring Salesforce aligns with evolving business needs.
- Lead System Administration. Provide daily support and maintenance of the Salesforce environment, including user management, security settings, and custom workflows.
- Enhance & Optimize. Design and configure business processes, analytics, and new functionalities to improve usability and efficiency.
- Collaborate Across Teams. Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, and internal stakeholders to drive best practices and ensure system adoption.
- Support & Mentor. Guide junior administrators and analysts, ensuring system documentation, adherence to best practices, and knowledge sharing.
- Drive Continuous Improvement. Monitor user adoption, provide training, and recommend solutions to enhance engagement and performance.
- Stay Ahead of Trends. Keep up with Salesforce releases and emerging technologies, recommending and prototyping solutions for future business needs.
- Typical/expected % of overnight travel: Less than 5% annually.

ALL ABOUT TECHNOLOGY:
Our Technology organization combines planning, analysis, and development in combination with both enterprise retail and manufacturing platforms as well as custom development using primarily Java, web services, and web application frameworks like ReactJS/NodeJS. The Technology organization manages priorities through a centralized quarterly planning in close collaborative with business decision-making and strategy, directly supporting leadership in Marketing, Sales, Digital & Operations. Delivery is managed through typically an agile, two-week scrum or Kanban methodology leveraging a suite of Atlassian products. The Technology teams are structured organizationally to focus on key platforms and the business units that they. Though the utilization of best-in-class technical software, such as AWS, Tableau, SAP BPC, Oracle EBS, Salesforce, & Microsoft 360, you will get to play a critical role in determining technology solutions that steer our business.
