Description: In support of commercial impact measurement, the Senior Manager of US Strategic Decision Intelligence & Solutions develops and delivers analytical assessment and modeling capability to the US market, to drive competitive advantage and statistically backed decision making. Additionally, the role will contribute to entire development lifecycle of various web-based applications, provide technical guidance, maintain high standards of code etiquettes, and ensure the apps deliver an intuitive user experience

Key Responsibilities and Major Duties

• Supports the delivery of promotional response models (marketing mix/test and control etc.), omni-channel analytics and resource allocation scenarios for brands in IM/Neuro portfolio
• Contribute to the entire app development lifecycle, from initial concept to deployment and maintenance by coordinating with cross-functional teams, designers, data scientists, and backend developers, to ensure timely delivery of the apps
• Communicates complex analytical findings, insights, and actionable recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear and compelling visualizations, reports and presentations
• Collates impact measurement best practices across the portfolio and either makes it available as an update to an existing tool or as a learnings document for the Decision Intelligence team
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Dash, Machine learning techniques, Statistical Analysis, Gen AI & related topics and implement them to improve the app's performance and functionality
• Ensure accuracy and practicality while developing solutions that are both innovative and feasible, leveraging advanced statistical/econometric/data science methods
• Demonstrate a strong willingness to explore unconventional paths and challenge existing methodologies to drive innovation and improvement
• Be the point for maintenance of documentation on current tools used by US Decision Intelligence team including FAQs as well as any new issue resolutions

Qualifications/Degree/Certification/Licensure

• BA/BS required (quantitative area of study preferred)
• MBA/other graduate degree preferred
• 3+ years of App Development and Analytics experience
• Proficiency in Python/R, Dash, R Shiny, SQL, Tableau, MS Office Suite
• Experience with Git & Domino preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
