As a Senior eCommerce Marketing Specialist with a focus on Amazon, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and optimizing marketing strategies across Amazon’s platforms. This role demands a deep understanding of Amazon Vendor Services (AVS), DSP conversion strategies, and budget management for STV, Prime Video, OLV, and Blast packages.   • Amazon Platform Management
  • Oversee end-to-end product setup on Amazon, ensuring optimal imagery, descriptions, and enhanced brand content.
  • Collaborate with Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) to optimize operational efficiency and marketing execution.
  • Marketing Campaign Execution:
  • Develop and manage Amazon DSP campaigns focusing on conversion and audience consideration.
  • Plan and allocate budgets for STV, Prime Video, OLV, and Blast packages to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and adjust strategies based on campaign performance metrics and analytics.
  • Sales Growth and Optimization:
  • Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to grow and maximize sales across Amazon’s ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with Amazon’s marketing teams to create features that elevate the brand’s impression.
  • Data-Driven Insights:
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics and Amazon’s reporting platforms to measure performance and inform future strategies.
  • Stay informed on competitor activities and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Partner with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and brand management, to align on product launches and promotional strategies.
  • Work with external agencies for creative asset development and project execution.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 3-5+ years of experience in eCommerce, with a strong focus on Amazon account management.
  • Proven expertise in Amazon DSP, AVS, and budget management for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Cloud, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a process-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in managing large-scale eCommerce accounts with a focus on digital advertising and conversion optimization.
  • Background in photography, videography, or graphic design is a plus.
  • Familiarity with competitor analysis and eCommerce site navigation optimization.
