As part of our Worldwide Sales Business Process Re-engineering (WW Sales BPR) group, the Global Change Management Manager focuses on the global adoption of an enterprise-wide platform through understanding the impact of changes on users and partners. In this leadership role, you lead Apple and external consulting resources to define and drive the strategy and direction of the change management program across regional and global teams in Apple Sales. This is a great opportunity for an experienced leader to take ownership for the end-to-end delivery of Change, drive human-centric change strategies, enablement, and adoption throughout this multi-year journey.

In this role, you will: Navigate across multiple altitudes – from executive communication, to leadership of the change team in removing blockers, raising red-flags, and supporting key decisions Navigate across multiple altitudes – from executive communication, to leadership of the change team in removing blockers, raising red-flags, and supporting key decisions Coordinate translation of theories and standard methodologies into Apple context for practical application, results-based solutions, aligned to Sales priorities Serve as a strategic counselor to key Executives and regional leaders across Apple Sales in partnership with other program leaders Handle relationships of impacted groups to gain leadership alignment, sponsorship, and engagement in WW and Geo teams Partner with work stream leads, global product owners, project team, supporting functions and external vendors to analyze the impact of new technology, processes and people changes Define and craft strategy across key change areas such as; training, communication, partner engagement, readiness and adoption, change impact journeys and implement that strategy across the program and sales geos for all audiences. Support introduction of new CRM features and functionality across Apple Sales by assessing value, readiness, and influencing global and regional teams to deliver a human-centric solution Leverage structured change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI) for internal sales organization and external partner audiences Manage Change resources to effectively provide services while containing costs, including consulting partners and an informal network of geo change managers across the globe. Champion the Change by demonstrating ability to design, develop and champion the adoption of a complex organizational/institutional change Build, lead, and develop inclusive teams and attract and retain talent through performance management, coaching, guidance, and support

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Typically requires a minimum of 12+ years of experience in change management or complex organizational transformation experience
  • 5 years of people management experience with proven track record of leading large teams to deliver large scale initiatives in a fast-paced environment with high levels of complexity and ambiguity
  • Experience with leading a complex organization-wide projects and initiatives with multiple partners and sales Comfortable working with ambiguity and able to thrive in an environment full of constant change
  • A solid understanding of organizational change and transformation, spanning org design, org efficiency, and/or change strategy
  • Experience in partner engagements and roll-outs.
  • Experience with communications and marketing approaches
  • Ability to make the complex more easily understood through written narrative, visuals representations and clear keynote presentations
  • Proven success building strong teams, solid business relationships, influencing leaders and cross-functional teams, and managing partner expectations
  • Bachelor’s degree

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $184,300 and $277,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
  • Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
