About the Role

The Service Scheduling Coordinator provides scheduling and operational support to project teams and customers. The Coordinator is responsible for scheduling orders, call-out repair and deployment of resources to support the Service department.

Essential Functions

  • Dispatch and schedule work orders utilizing customer and field service systems
  • Coordinate service or repairs on behalf of employees and customers
  • Communicate with customers, setting up services such as installations or repairs, relaying information to workers and keeping careful records of services and transactions
  • Order material for service team as needed
  • Complete job cost transfers for heavy equipment on a weekly basis
  • Maintain a job log for the service projects to include job number, description, contact information, driver name, and billed amount
  • Review service drivers' daily paperwork
  • Receive work orders from service team and price as needed
  • Organize and schedule building maintenance activities
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Regular and predictable attendance
  • Essential functions of this position are to be performed at a Company-designated office or field location
  • Understand and comply with the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics Policy and other industry-specific professional and ethical standards

About You

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 year of electric service/construction environment 
  • High school diploma or GED is required

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to multi-task, and quickly adapt to change
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Must be detail oriented with problem/situation analysis skills
  • Customer/client orientation with ability to build collaborative relationships
  • Working knowledge of electric service operations

What We Offer

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary $41,100-$60,000 / year
  • Commensurate with experience, paid weekly. Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. MYR Group reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate.
