キンドリルジャパン・テクノロジーサービスは、インクルージョン・アンド・ダイバーシティの観点から障害のある方の活躍の場を広げるため、2022年12月に「ビジネスサポートチーム」を立ち上げました。この度、チーム拡大のため、新たなメンバーを募集します。
ご入社された方にはこれまでの経験やキャリアを生かし、キンドリルの業務をバックアップする役割を担っていただきます。メンバーそれぞれのスキルを考慮し、柔軟に担当業務を調整します。
個人によって異なる障害特性や配慮事項を考慮し、安心して力を発揮できる環境を整えます。ご所属いただく業務チームに専任の指導員を配置。業務で分からない事があればいつでも気兼ねなく相談することができます。また、業務に直接の関わりのない健康管理や生活面での相談についても、専門知識を持ったスタッフが、定期的な面談や相談を受ける体制を整えています。
