North & Central Europe is Vestas' largest region globally and within our Service Supply Chain, Repair, and Tools organization we are looking for a capable and motivated Senior Manager to oversee our newly established organization called Supply Chain Customer Care. Reporting directly to the Head of Service Supply Chain, Repair, and Tools for Northern and Central Europe you will head a critical organization in the supply chain focusing on reducing downtime of our turbines across North and Central Europe.

In this Senior Manager level position you will become a part of the Northern and Central European Service Supply Chain and Tools Management Group and work in a team of highly skilled and motivated business leaders on manager, senior manager and director level.

Responsibilities

• Building an effective and motivated organization through clear and visible leadership
• Maximizing the up time of our turbines across North and Central Europe through an optimized supply chain setup and efficient risk management
• Managing all supply chain related tasks for broken down turbines through own organization and in collaboration with other supply chain functions
• Creating transparency and granularity of supply chain root causes preventing our teams from repairing broken down turbines so the right initiatives are addressed in own organization and within logistics, planning, and operations
• Ensuring attention and improvement traction on key tasks for other departments in supply chain and operations
• Ensuring close collaboration with stakeholders to become a trusted and value adding partner
• Handle and manage relevant KPIs and projects for the assigned function

Qualifications

• A bachelors or master's degree in General Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
• + 5 years of relevant work experience
• Team management experience including managing leaders
• Experience with stakeholder management on a managerial level
• English language skills at negotiation level
