Warehouse Associate - Carol Stream, IL

Job Description

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for data entry and the receiving and shipping of customer equipment. This role involves working within the Shipping and Receiving Department, handling inventory tracking with computers, and utilizing UPS and FedEx systems.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and receiving/shipping of customer equipment in and out of our database
• Working within the Shipping and Receiving Department
• Using computers for inventory tracking
• Working with UPS and FedEx systems
• Verifying and inputting inventory
• Tearing down products
• Staging products
• Counting products
• Labeling boxed products
• Reviewing Bills of Lading (BOLs)
• Moving received goods to proper bin/rack locations
• Operating heavy equipment, including pallet jacks, wave riders, and forklifts
• Performing basic material handling duties, such as building pallets, wrapping finished goods, and preparing shipments

Essential Skills

• Experience in shipping and receiving
• Proficiency with FedEx and UPS systems
• Warehouse inventory management
• Ability to operate RF scanners and forklifts
• Material handling experience

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• No high school diploma or GED required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
