The NetWitness Professional Services Team is focused on the implementation of NetWitness solutions, delivery of

customized solutions, and providing Cyber Security consulting services to customers across various industries.

We’re looking for experienced service salesperson for cyber security solution who has expertise skill and experience

on threat detection & response technologies area as well as MDR (Managed Detection & Response) and Cyber

Security Consulting area with strong business development skills, is responsible for driving service sales for

NetWitness solution focusing on maximizing service bookings through the NetWitness field account and services

sales teams. Engages Client Executives in a business and technical manner to instill confidence and win business.

Responsible for pursuits of moderate to high complexity upon sales wins. Provides sales support and lead proposal

scoping and levels of effort with lead Managers and Consultants in order to produce a quality proposal. Partners

with the field Account Managers and Client Solutions Director (and/or Managing Client Solutions Director) to

maintain coordinated account selling. Partners with the assigned Project Manager to drive follow-on opportunities

within active accounts. Provides sales support in developing solutions, and coordinates the development of

responses to an RFP.

Responsibilities

  • Key contributor to more complex environments. Known subject matter expert across various Cyber Security

Practices that can engage at a business with client Executives.

  • Identifies and coordinates opportunities for NetWtiness practices (Threat Detection & Response solution,

Incident Response, MDR Service and Cyber Security Consulting). Contributes to development of new

theories and methods for service sales for NetWitness solutions.

  • Proactively coordinates sales and manages complex RFPs and develop service offerings for NetWitness

practice.

  • Involved in account planning and provides input for growth markets. Ensure formal contractual mechanisms

(i.e. SOW) are established and maintained within active accounts. Ensure that solution reviews are

completed with the NetWitness practice team.

  • Participates in Deal review process and supports the sales team in preparing for the review. Define, develop

and implement actions according to account plans on selected focused accounts with account teams.

Develop new business opportunities on focused account.

  • Single point of contact for CSD (Customer Service Development) activity. Coordinates sales initiatives in

accounts.

  • May represent company as principal customer contact and often performs leadership role. Interacts with

management and senior customer personnel on matters requiring coordination across organizational lines.

  • Engaging customers in business-driven security solution that becomes indispensable to their digital

transformation initiatives.

  • Selling strategic solutions that resonate with customer executives at their level.
  • Selling NetWitness Product related Professional Service and Cyber Security Consulting Services to include

the following:

o Cyber Strategy and Maturity Roadmap

o SOC Program Design, Enhancement and Roadmap

o Incident Response Services (IR Retainer, Incident Discovery, Gap Analysis, Tabletop Exercise)

o Penetration Testing, Red Teaming Exercise and Compromise Assessment Consulting

  • Oversight key customer projects to make sure quality service is delivered and also provide technical

mentorship to consultants as needed. Occasionally, acting as Project Sponsor role for strategic consulting

project.

  • This job’s main responsible area is META (Middle East, Turkey, and Africa) region. Occasionally support

Europe region as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven business and sales consulting skills in a cyber security environment
  • Deep experience engaging at a management and Executive level
  • Ability to convey technical information to business Executives in a manner in which they are accustomed to

engaging

  • Demonstrated strong business knowledge, understanding and acumen.
  • Ability to define risk and financial impacts utilizing analytical-based models to support business decisions.
  • Ability to lead communication for risk and cyber security related topic with savvy consumers.
  • Knowledge leadership in risk and cyber security

  • Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia or Dubai, UAE.
  • Up to 50% travel expected, primarily within META Countries and may also require travel to International

Countries occasionally.
