Combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management.

Enhances relationships with key partners and suggests a partners distribution/target list. Monitors sales KPIs to ensure that partners are achieving maximum sales potential. Guarantees stock in wholesale partners, manages orders and delivery process. Provides training on brands and product characteristics.

How you will contribute
- Report to regional wholesale director (regional scope: Greater China + APAC).
- Support Wholesale director in tasks related to Budget, orders, Sell-in/out Target and in reporting to HQ.
- Define with the support of the wholesale director KPIs for regional WHS and Travel Retail Partners by offering strategic and operational assistance.
- Develop strategy and goals of the department with the Wholesale Director. Develops tactics, action plans and resources to reach objectives.
- Conduct monthly Sell-in and Sell-out evaluations, supervise SOH and replenishment prospects to optimize partner performance and stock efficiency.
- Maintain a close partnership and provide constant support to wholesale/ travel retail clients to grow the business across the network.
- Ensure constant brand image at all POS, including choices of partners, assortment, locations, display, customer service etc
- Conduct product training for our wholesale boutiques.
- Buying sessions: prepare buying sessions with partners aligning on OTB, merchandising directions and developing materials to facilitate buying session with partners. Walk client’s trough showrooms sharing domestic strategy to ensure consistency with domestic network.
- Monitor seasonal patterns and industry standards, identify key trends and volume drivers from key competitors, monitor pricing strategies.
- Work closely with other departments (ie: retail merchandising, marketing, store design, logistics, customer service, finance) to boost company efficiency and performance.
- Provide general administrative support to Wholesale Department.
- Efficiently plan regular visits to partner locations.
- Support team ad hoc projects and events of the Wholesale Market.
Who you are
- Minimum of 6-8 years' Wholesale experience in luxury retail industry
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective internal and external communications with clients and internal partners.
- Detail oriented with time management skills.
- Multi tasking and able to work under pressure.
- Fluent in Chinese and English is a must.
